Today, Bethel Local Schools received our first positive case of COVID-19 from a staff member.
BLS in conjunction with the Miami County Department of Health made sure COVID protocol was followed for a confirmed positive case.
The staff members and students most directly exposed have been sent home for self-quarantine.
The self-quarantine includes refraining from attending school and extra/co-curriculars. Those quarantined can resume all normal activities October 14th.
Please note: If you have not been contacted your child has not been directly exposed.
A note to the parents who have been contacted, your child will be responsible for all school work electronically. If your child does not have a device at home please contact the school at 937-845-9414 and we can make arrangements to issue your child a device.
