"It is better to have it and not need it, than to not have it and need it."

What exactly is it

In this case, it is a districtwide plan in the event we are required to shift to virtual education.  Our administration wanted to let you know that if  we are required to go virtual, we are prepared.

As parents, you have made it clear that you prefer your students be in school and we are doing our best to keep our doors open and continue with traditional education. However, we want to assure you that in the event that we need to make the transition, we have a plan.  We understand your child(ren)'s need for routine, a sense of “normalcy" and quality education.  We have established clear guidelines for both our staff and our students in an effort to keep a routine and continue to educate well.

We have no plans to go virtual, but in the event we are required, we are prepared to educate  with excellence.  We have included a link below to an infographic that outlines the plan. If you have questions regarding the plan, we will answer them in the event that we need to implement the Virtual Learning Plan

***Please note: Students participating in Option C would remain with Miami Co's PLP option and if they wanted to go virtual with BLS, they would have to do so at the start of the following semester.
