If your child currently participates in face-to-face instruction at Bethel and you would like them to transition to Option C - Online learning for the second semester, please complete this form for EACH child who you want to transition online. All submissions must be received by midnight on Friday, Dec 11th.
If you would like your student to continue face-to-face courses for the 2nd semester, you do not need to fill out anything.
*This form is only for students who currently attend Bethel face-to-face.
Please Note: The first Semester ends on January 14th. Those students who choose to transition online will start on Tuesday, January 19th.
Students who choose this option will be contacted with information in early January about their transition online.
