Student Parking Pass & Drop-Off/Pick-Up Pass Information! Starting today, August 18th, parking passes for students and drop-off/pick-up passes are available. For more information on the changes we've made regarding traffic, parking, and student pickup for the 2023-2024 school year, please see this letter from Superintendent Chrispin: https://5il.co/1zahb Student Parking Passes: The form for student parking passes is now available in the High School Office, and through this link: https://5il.co/21svz. Currently licensed drivers are able to fill out this form and return it to the High School Office, where they will be issued a parking pass. Students will have until Friday, August 25th, to obtain a parking pass for their vehicle. Student Drop-Off/Pick-Up Passes: Drop-off/pick-up (DOPU) passes are now available for parents in each building's office, and through this link: https://5il.co/22kaf. Parents will need to display a DOPU tag during student drop-off and pick-up each day. After completing the form, return them to your child's building office, and a DOPU pass will be issued accordingly. MS/HS Parents are encouraged to obtain their pass by Wednesday, August 23rd, and Elementary Parents will have until Tuesday, September 5th. Parents will be able to have their pass issued during Open House for each building. Middle School and High School Open House is Monday, August 21st, from 4pm-6:30pm. Elementary School will have their Open House for grades 2-5 on Monday, August 28th, from 4pm-6:30pm, and Open House for Kindergarten and 1st Grade will be on Thursday, August 31st from 4pm-6:30pm. #BethelLegacy

MVCTC Students: Starting tomorrow, August 15th, buses will run from Bethel to the MVCTC. Buses will depart from Bethel at 7:25am and will return at approximately 3:00pm. Students will be responsible for their transportation to Bethel until August 23rd when the high school buses start running their regular routes, and they will be responsible for their own transportation home until the Elementary buses begin their routes on September 5th. #BethelLegacy

Tuesday, Aug. 15th & Wednesday, Aug. 16th: 7th & 8th Grade Schedule Pick-Up Time: 8:30am-11am & 12pm-3pm Location: The Hive Thursday, Aug. 17th: 6th Grade & New Student Orientation and Schedule Pick-Up Time: 5pm-6pm Location: The Hive Monday, Aug. 21st: Middle School Open House Time: 4pm-6:30pm During these sessions, please make sure to park in the rear parking lot, and enter through the Hive entrance. In addition to Schedule Pick-up, parents will be able to pay their student's course fees for the 2023-2024 school year at all of the above times. MVCTC Students and Parents: The Junior Student Welcome and Schedule Pick-Up is planned for the evenings of August 7th, 8th, and 9th at the Miami Valley Career Technology Center. The schedule for each night is as follows: - 4:30-5:15 pm – Schedule pick-up & fee payment in the Multipurpose Activity Center - 5:15 - 5:35 pm – Meeting in MAC for parents and students - 5:35 - 6:00 pm – Laptop pick-up - 6:00 - 7:00 pm – Visit career-technical labs and meet instructors Schedule pick-up nights are planned based on the student's career-technical program. Elementary Parents: The Elementary Office will open on Monday, August 14th. Once open parents will be able to stop into the office if they have questions or need help with student registration.
