Our food service staff helped our students prepare for the upcoming break next week with a special meal for lunch today! Our students were treated to a helping of Turkey with gravy, a dinner roll, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, and warm apple slices. #BethelLegacy

As we continue through the cold and flu season, please be sure to monitor your child for any symptoms, and keep them home if they have any. In the event that your child is sick, please report their absence to the office of their building level. The phone numbers for each building's offices are as follows:

Thanks to our families and their commitment to reading, book fair was a success. We sold 1,476 books this year!

In Wit and Wisdom kindergartners have been learning about what conversations are. They practiced having conversations with a partner using microphones in class this week. When one person had the microphone it was their turn to talk and their partners turn to listen. #K5hive

The Bethel Boys and Girls Youth Basketball BeeBall organization, is hosting a district qualifier contest for the Elk’s National Hoop Shoot Free-Throw Contest on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Bethel High School!
In order to participate and have a chance to qualify, you must be a Bethel Local Schools student and you must register by Friday, November 25, 2022. Contestants must be at least 8 years old and no older than 13 as of April 1, 2023.

Mrs. Pikas’s kindergartners are reading Rap A Tap Tap from Wit & Wisdom. Landes came and showed off her tapping skills for the class. Students observed the difference in her shoes and what makes the noise, listening to the rhythm and seeing how she uses her body. #K5hive
Elementary Book Fair is up and running! Students are shopping during their library time. Families are invited Thursday, November 10th from 4-7pm. We appreciate all of our volunteers who help to make the book fair possible! #K5hive
