Students who are driving to school or being transported by a parent, please be sure to fill out either a Parking Pass form or a Drop-Off/Pick-Up form and receive a hanging tag for your vehicle! Monday, August 19th is the first day of school for our students in grades 2 through 12. All Kindergarten and 1st Grade students will then have their first day of school on Wednesday, August 21st! #BethelLegacy

Medication Drop-Off Information! The Bethel Local Schools Clinics will be hosting medication drop-offs, for medications that your child may need during the school day, on the following dates and times: - Monday, August 12th, from 5:30pm to 7pm - Friday, August, 16th from 8am to 3pm. Medication drop-offs will ALL be held in the MS/HS Clinic. Please enter by the MS Clinic at the top of the ramp. Please make sure to bring an updated medication authorization form signed by your physician to the drop-off. First Grade Parents: Please check your email for a notification from final forms regarding your child's scheduled date and time for their beginning of the year screening. All returning students and students who are fully registered have been scheduled and contacted by a teacher. Students still in the process of registering will have their screenings scheduled once all required documentation has been submitted. Reminder: Open House is Wednesday, August 14th! Open House for students in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade and 6th Grade through 12th Grade is from 4pm to 6pm, and Open House for students in 3rd Grade through 5th Grade is from 5pm to 7pm. #BethelLegacy

Here are some important Back-to-School dates for our Middle School Students! - August 13th: 5:30pm-6:30pm - 6th Grade Orientation - August 14th: 4pm-6pm - Open House 6th Grade students will be able to pick up their schedule during 6th Grade Orientation on August 13th, and 7th and 8th Grade students will be able to pick up their schedules on August 14th during Open House. #BethelLegacy

MVCTC Students and Parents: The Miami Valley Career Technology Center will be having their Schedule Pick-up/Staff Meet & Greet on Monday, August 5th from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. During this time students are invited to pick up their schedule, explore the school, meet the staff, pay fees, and collect their school-issued laptop. Seniors (Class of 2025) do not need to attend, as beginning Monday, August 5th, they will be able to access their schedule on Progressbook. Juniors (and Seniors enrolled in a Junior Lab) attending the MVCTC will begin school on Monday, August 12th, and all students will report on Tuesday, August 13th! Buses will run from Bethel to the MVCTC once starting on Aug. 12th. Buses will load in the Hive area and will depart at approximately 7:25am. Buses will then return at approximately 3:05pm. Students will be responsible for their own transportation to Bethel and home from Bethel until Aug. 19th, when the high school buses begin running their regular routes. Bethel Local Schools now accepts credit card payments! Beginning today, August 1st, 2024 all of our buildings will be able to accept credit/debit card payments in-house. To celebrate this new opportunity available to our community, we will be waiving all credit/debit card fees online for Class Fees paid between August 1st and October 31st, 2024. Credit/debit card fees will be waived for Class Fees ONLY. We are not able to waive fees for lunch payments unless the payment is made in person in one of the buildings. #BethelLegacy

The gravel road between the two campus building is being paved this week. All stadium access this week, July 22 - July 28, will be from the Elementary back parking lot. Please park / drop off on the Elementary side all this week for any stadium activities as the drive is CLOSED!
